Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Augusta, Georgia. This contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour days and AM shifts, for a 13-week duration at a partnering hospital.

The role involves performing CT imaging, prioritizing patient care and safety, and delivering high-quality diagnostic images. ARRT certification and a radiologic license are required or in process; BLS/ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
