Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Tupelo, Mississippi. The CT Tech will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift, evenings, supporting imaging services for patients in a fast-paced travel position.

Ideal candidates have ARRT CT certification and registration, BLS, and state licensing as required. The role involves patient positioning, image capture, and collaboration with physicians for interpretation, with a tax-free stipend and flexible travel

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Strong patient interaction and care skills.
• Proficient in positioning patients for CT imaging.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
• Accurately position patients for scans and operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents when indicated and ensure patient safety.
