TotalMed Allied in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 10-week assignment. The role requires 1 year of CT experience, ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, and state licensing where required.

You will work 12-hour days, 24 hours per week, in a travel capacity supporting imaging services on-site. The CT Tech will perform scans, prepare patients, administer contrast as needed, and ensure image quality for physician interpretation while following safety protocols.

Competenze

• Must have ARRT (CT) certification and state licensing where required.
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS required.

Mansioni

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required.
• Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions.
• Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
• Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility.
• Evaluate CT scans for quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.
