Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Roxboro, North Carolina. The position features a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a focus on CT imaging across a hospital setting.

You will capture diagnostic images and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate care. Required qualifications include ARRT certification, radiography certification, active state license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic tech experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Maintain radiation safety and patient comfort.
• Assess CT images for technical quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols

CT Tech Contract Details

• $1,805 - $1,973 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• NOC shifts available
• 36 hrs/wk

Duties will include, but are not limited to

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
