Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. The 13-week contract offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts and potential extension. You will join a partner hospital to perform CT imaging and provide high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification, a state license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years CT/radiology experience. SHC offers a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
