Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Walla Walla, Washington. The CT Tech operates CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images, prepares patients, and works with radiologists to obtain high-quality images while following safety protocols.

The position requires one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS certification; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ARRT Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients accordingly.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
