Supplemental Health Care seeks a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a partnering hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The position includes 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, offering professional growth and meaningful patient care.

Requirements include ARRT certification (R), CT preferred, a radiologic technology degree, state licensure if applicable, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience with CT imaging. Benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsabilités

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
