Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Redding, CA. The role runs 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, offering travel benefits and clinical team support.

You’ll perform CT imaging, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT Technologist experience.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Prepare patients, explain the imaging process and position them properly.
• Set parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely services.
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
