Qualifications
- One year of recent CT Technologist experience
- Valid Radiology license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and image quality
- Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
- Provide high‑quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CT equipment
- Document patient information and imaging parameters accurately in the system
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services
- Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities
- Perform other duties within CT Tech scope as assigned
