Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lutherville Timonium, MD. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, position patients, and collaborate with radiologists to produce diagnostic images while maintaining safety and image quality. Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid Radiology license, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process and position them appropriately.
• Set appropriate technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient information and imaging details in the hospital system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to deliver timely diagnostic services.
