Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel CT Tech for a 13-week assignment in Lincoln, Maine. You will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to produce diagnostic images.

This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team. Requirements include one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately.
Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details in the hospital system.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities.
