American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Hopewell, Virginia. The role involves performing CT studies (with and without IV contrast) in a hospital CT department, using GE Revolution Ascend equipment.

ARRT certification is required and Meditech experience is preferred. You will work 3x12-hour days (36 hours per week) with weekend shifts, in a 7-tech team, for a 13-week assignment starting 09/28/2026.

Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience to work in a hospital CT department performing a variety of contrast and non-contrast CT studies.

Details

• Work in the Computed Tomography department of a hospital
• Unit staffed with 7 total techs across day, evening, and overnight shifts
• Uses GE Revolution Ascend CT equipment
• EMR is Meditech, transitioning to Meditech Expanse
• Perform CTAs, Perfusion CTAs, and CTs with and without IV contrast
• Schedule includes weekend shifts with no call requirement for contract staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT Tech experience
• ARRT(R) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and dependable
• Meditech experience preferred
• Ability to work independently preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Steel gray scrub color required

• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
