Qualifications

• CT Technologist performing CT procedures per department protocols.
• Administers IV and oral/rectal contrast when appropriate.
• Reviews labs and patient history to perform correct exam.
• Ensures patient, visitor and environmental safety.
• May assume CT Lead or Imaging Coordinator duties in absence.

Responsibilities

• Performs computerized axial tomography procedures and processing of patient exams.
• Reviews cases with radiologist when appropriate.
• Administers IV and oral/rectal contrast as needed.
• Maintains safety and reports adverse events.
• May support other modalities during downtimes.
