Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Radiology Tech – CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Reedley, CA. Start date 08/25/2026. You will work a 3x12 night shift, guaranteed 36 hours per week, and perform CT imaging as part of a multi-modality imaging team in a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, fluoroscopy when required, PACS/teleradiology duties, and strict HIPAA compliance. Licensure and EPIC experience are required; travel within California is expected.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification: RT (R)(CT) or RT (R) with CT certification
• California Radiologic Technologist license required
• Advanced CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Fluoroscopy license in California required if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• Venipuncture certification required if administering contrast materials
• EPIC experience required

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform CT imaging and related radiography procedures, including fluoroscopy when required.
• Acquire sagittal and coronal reformatted images; optimize image quality, patient positioning and protocol selection.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images and maintain accurate patient records and billing data; uphold HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance/calibration and manage supply inventory; support safety and quality assurance processes.
• Communicate with patients across adolescence through geriatric ages; ensure safety, proper shielding and patient comfort.
