Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Roundup, Montana. This role requires ARRT certification and at least 2 years of CT or CT/X-ray experience, with the ability to work independently in a hospital-based imaging department.

The position offers competitive weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and a schedule of three 12-hour shifts with call coverage. Travel healthcare professionals are supported with modern equipment and Cerner charting systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, X-ray Technologist, or CT/X-ray Technologist.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform CT examinations independently.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active Montana state license or eligibility to obtain a Montana license.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations independently and accurately in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide general radiography services as needed within the hospital setting.
• Operate CT and X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
• Administer contrast media according to applicable policies, procedures, and scope of practice.
• Review imaging requests, verify patient information, and ensure appropriate exam preparation; monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to clinical needs.
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Provide dependable call coverage for weeknights, weekends, and applicable holidays.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other members of the care team to support timely diagnostic imaging.
