Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Barberton, Ohio. The CT Tech will operate CT scanners, prepare patients, and work with radiologists to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience.
• Valid radiology license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ARRT certification is preferred.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position patients accordingly.
• Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure safety.
