Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Longview, TX. 36 hours per week with a 12-hour night shift, starting 10/12/2026.

The ideal candidate has 18 months CT tech experience, ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification, and licensure where required. You will work independently and in a team, supporting a top healthcare client and delivering quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification required.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Position CT technologist, operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set controls for related equipment, monitor and adjust as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, starting IVs and injecting contrast.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images.
• Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical tasks.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment and uphold safety initiatives.
