Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 10-week travel assignment in Portage, Wisconsin. The role requires one year of CT experience, a valid radiology license, and current BLS certification. You will operate CT equipment, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to produce diagnostic images.

The assignment offers travel pay, comprehensive benefits, and a dedicated clinical support team, with a 12-hour evening shift and 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
• Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for procedures and position them safely
• Set technical parameters to demonstrate anatomy and pathology
• Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment
• Document patient information and imaging parameters in the hospital system
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned within CT Tech practice
