Job summary

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract assignment in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role requires CT imaging expertise, ARRT CT eligibility, and BLS certification with a 13-week duration and 40 hours weekly (evenings).

You will work with the facility's CT hardware and software, maintain PACS, and collaborate with the radiology team. Prior travel/EPIC/HIS/RIS exposure is preferred, with guaranteed pay and travel expectations.

Qualifications

Knowledge of anatomy and radiological positioning.
Understanding of CT software/hardware mechanics.
PACS system knowledge and documentation standards.
Maintain CEU credits and ARRT CT eligibility timelines.
BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
Six months CT experience preferred; familiarity with Epic/HIS/RIS systems encouraged.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Six months CT experience preferred.
Knowledge of Epic and any HIS/RIS system added by the hospital.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and radiological positioning of the human body.
Understanding mechanical attributes of CT software and hardware.
Thorough knowledge of PACS system.
Maintains CEU Credits.
Team members must achieve ARRT (CT) certification within the twelve months following their hire date.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within following three months of hire date.
