American Traveler is seeking a CT/Rad Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Maine. ARRT registration and Maine state license are required, with BLS within four months of hire and CT licensure within one year.

The role includes 3x12 shifts, imaging in a hospital setting, and岛 a 25-mile float radius. The position requires 2+ years of imaging experience, an associate degree or certificate, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active ARRT registration (or registry eligible) and Maine state license required
• BLS certification required within four months of hire
• CT licensure required within one year of hire
• Minimum 2 years of relevant imaging experience required
• Associate's degree or certificate from a two-year college, university, or certificate-based program required
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting

Responsabilités

• Full-time, 36 hours per week on 3x12-hour shifts
• Imaging department within a hospital setting
• Shift hours vary: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM Sundays and 7:00 AM–7:30 PM Fridays and Saturdays
• Performs X-ray and CT scanning procedures including fluoroscopy and interventional CT support
• Uses EPIC EMR and PACS imaging systems
• Float requirement within a 25-mile radius between facilities as needed
• Position supports general, pediatric, and geriatric patient populations
• Responsible for positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, and assisting radiologists with procedures including IV starts and contrast injection
• Maintains accurate patient records and ensures technical quality of radiographic and CT images
• May support OR, orthopedic office, fluoroscopy, and off-site imaging needs as scheduling requires
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone use on the unit are prohibited
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and not eligible for assignment renewals or extensions
• RTO should be minimal, generally limited to 3-4 days for a 13-week contract
• Candidates who worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months should disclose this upon consideration
