Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a California license for submission.
• Floating to multiple units is required.
• Local & travel allowed; candidates living within 75 miles will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
