Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• No self-scheduling. Weekend coverage as needed, and holiday coverage will be provided if needed.
• Floating includes ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa; some units may require travel between facilities.
• RNs float only within their specialty and never to a lower-acuity unit; travelers are first to float and may move to different units as needed.
