Aya Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Seattle, WA. This 20-week assignment features 3, 12-hour days and a start date of 10/12/2026, with Epic charting and a demanding but rewarding CCU/ ICU environment.

Experience required: 1 year in critical care, WA license or compact license, and proficiency with ventilated patients, EVD, and invasive lines. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this exciting travel opportunity.

Qualifications

• WA license or Compact License required.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Critical care skills including ventilated patient care and invasive lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to float through ICU/STEP-rooms as assigned.
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients and arterial lines.
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies per protocol.
