Qualifications

• 12 months of nursing experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU nursing experience.
• ACLS/NIHSS/BLS certifications are listed in the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Floating to multiple units as needed.
• Rotating weekends and holidays with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Adhere to unit patient ratios and on-call expectations.
