Job summary

Done Right Merchandising is hiring an experienced craft store merchandiser to travel nationwide and transform stores into organized, customer-friendly spaces. The role involves resets, remodels and frequent overnight travel, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule and team-based work in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires hands-on merchandising experience with arts & crafts retailers and the ability to read planograms and execute fixtures and signage accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, reset or remodel experience in arts & crafts or specialty retail.
• Familiarity with planograms, shelves, peg hooks, price labels and signage.
• Ability to read and follow layouts and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Remove and relocate existing craft merchandise during resets and remodels.
• Set shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels and signage.
• Stock and organize merchandise according to planograms.
• Build, move and adjust retail fixtures.
• Set seasonal and specialty merchandise as per store layouts.
• Maintain organization and accuracy throughout projects.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
• Travel regularly between job locations.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
