Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a local or travel contract at a Skilled Nursing facility in San Rafael, CA. This in-office role is full-time with guaranteed weekly hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active state COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• SNF experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for patients across a wide range of diagnoses under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
