Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Salinas, California. The role involves delivering OT treatments under supervision, helping patients with activities of daily living, mobility, and functional skills, and communicating progress to the supervising OT.

New graduate COTAs are welcome. The position offers a housing stipend, benefits from day one, and a CEU allowance, with weekly pay and tax-free stipends

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with functional activities, ADLs, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
