Medical Talent is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Myrtle Point, Oregon. You will provide occupational therapy services under supervision, helping patients develop and restore functional independence.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and complying with safety and regulatory protocols while working as part of a dedicated travel team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions per OT plan of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with patient and family education.
• Communicate patient status to supervising OT.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.
