Job summary

ProTherapy Staffing is recruiting a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF in Rutland, Vermont. This assignment starts 12/21/2026 and pays $1,620 per week, with housing and meal stipends that are non-taxable when IRS tax-home rules are met.

As a travel COTA, you will implement the plan of care under supervision, help residents practice daily living skills, and document each visit. A Vermont license or compact privilege is required by the start date.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont COTA license or compact privilege by start date.
• Travel assignment experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. and meet state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the plan of care under supervision and document visits.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehab tasks.
• Coordinate with supervising therapist to adjust plans as needed.
