Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a SNF assignment in Hamlin, Texas. The role runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts, starting 11/16/2026.

Travel status, pay package subject to 8-hour shift structure and weekly hours. We require at least 1 year of recent SNF therapy experience, active state licensure, and a current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
