Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract in Holmes, New York. Under the supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll help patients regain daily living skills and independence.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts. Requirements include an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, an active COTA license in New York, and BLS if required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State COTA license in the state.
• BLS Certification may be required.
• Current COTA license to practice in New York.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a licensed OT, assist patients to regain daily living skills and independence.
• Contribute to patient rehabilitation plans and document progress in adherence with facility policies.
