Job summary

Role requires an Associate degree in OT, active state licensure, and SNF experience. Expect travel across diverse facilities with flexible shifts and strong patient-care focus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active State License.
• BLS certification (may be required).
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients.
• Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Work Monday through Friday with flexible shift hours.
