Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. This travel role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts at a 100-bed facility, under supervision of a licensed OT.

You will provide skilled therapy to SNF patients, support activities of daily living, and document progress in Nethealth/PCC EMR. Great benefits, housing options, and relocation assistance are offered to travelers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with Nethealth/PCC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Assist SNF patients to regain activities of daily living.
• Document and communicate patient progress.
• Travel assignment with 13-week duration.
