Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a contract in Pleasanton, California. The role requires a COTA license, 40 hours per week, and an 8-hour shift for a 13-week assignment in a SNF/LTC setting.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree or OTA certificate from an accredited program.
• Current state license or in process for OTA/COTA licensure.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities per treatment plan.
• Assess learning needs of patients and caregivers.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning and progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the occupational therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
