Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Billings, Montana. The position is 40 hours per week on days, with a 13-week duration and an ASAP start for a SNF/LTC setting.

This contract role requires an Associates degree or certificate, current CPR, and state licensure as a COTA, with the ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team and provide rehabilitative care under an occupational therapist.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree or a certificate from an accredited school or college.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises per treatment plan with an occupational therapist.
• Assess learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
