Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on ADLs, safety, and functional carryover, with new grads encouraged to apply.

You will deliver OT treatments, assist with ADLs, monitor progress, and document outcomes under supervision, working 40 hours per week on days, for a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.
