Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Savoy, Illinois. You will support patients in regaining independence and functional skills, with emphasis on ADLs, safety and carryover. New grads encouraged to apply.

Role involves delivering OT under supervision, assisting with ADLs and upper-extremity function, monitoring progress, and documenting treatments. Start 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.

Education
