Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience providing restorative and rehabilitative Occupational Therapy services.
• Experience working in outpatient settings.
• Experience supporting activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
• Experience providing care at the center and in the home.
• Float to home-based care settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, help patients regain skills for everyday life.
• Provide care at the center and in home settings, and float to home-based care as needed.
