Job summary

Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Camden, NJ 08102 is available through AlliedTravelCareers in partnership with Towne U.S. LLC. Expect a 13-week assignment with a weekly pay of $1,742, start ASAP.

Work under supervision of a licensed OT, provide high-quality patient care, and travel to new locations every 13 weeks. Housing and travel stipends are offered along with ongoing support from the team.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in multiple states (assistance provided for travel placements).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans to support patients' rehabilitation goals.
• Help patients perform therapeutic activities to enhance independence in daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, providing updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
