Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an 11-week assignment in Morris, IL. You’ll provide direct, hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT and help patients regain daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• NBCOT Certification is preferred; Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions per the treatment plan.
• Operate and maintain adaptive equipment used in therapy.
• Educate patients and families on OT techniques and strategies for independence.
• Collaborate with OTs and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document patient outcomes and report findings to supervising OT.
