Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Portsmouth, VA. Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts in a SNF/LTC setting.

Must have an Associate degree or certificate, current state licensure or active licensure process, and CPR certification. The role offers a travel assignment with housing accommodations and reimbursement for licenses and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree or a certificate from an accredited college.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises per a treatment plan.
• Assess learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Deliver care in a SNF/LTC setting on a travel assignment.
