Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Corrections LPN in Pahrump, NV for a travel assignment. The role offers 36 hours per week with a pay rate of $1,400 per week, working in a corrections setting and providing general and emergency nursing care.

You will work in the Medical and Ambulatory sections while upholding facility security standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires active LPN/LVN licensure and corrections experience.

Qualifications

• Possesses a current LPN/LVN license in state practicing.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections required.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide general and emergency nursing care in the Corrections Facility.
• Maintain facility security standards.
• Work in Medical and Ambulatory sections of the facility.
