Travel Coordinator, Travel Logistics

Dallas, TX/Remote - Hybrid

How will this role have an impact?

The Travel Coordinator is an independent contributor role within Signify Health’s Travel department, a team responsible for the intake, qualification, and logistical bookings of ~72k annual air, car, and hotel requests for Signify Health clinicians nationwide. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing travel logistics effectively.

The department business hours are Monday through Friday 7am-6pm, and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm CST. Staff weekend coverage is scheduled on a rotational basis.

This is a hybrid role that requires reporting into the office and being flexible to do so every day during training, and during select days of the week/month/quarter following training, based on the needs of the business.

This role will report directly to the Travel Supervisor.

What will you do:

• Research, book, and manage travel arrangements within the guidelines of corporate travel policies
• Provide assistance with changes, cancellations, or other adjustments to travel plans as needed
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the booking process
• Take Inbound calls and place Outbound calls throughout the shift
• Communicate and collaborate with team members, travelers and other stakeholders to understand travel preferences and requirements
• Complete all other travel ancillary tasks as assigned
• Be on time, ready to work at assigned work location on a daily basis

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service oriented approach
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and deadlines
• Problem-solving ability to address travel disruptions, cancellations, or itinerary changes
• Highly detail oriented and ensures accuracy in all tasks
• Self-directed and works well independently, with ability to take direction and respond well to coaching and supervision when needed
• Works well with others and contributes to a positive team dynamic
• Experience using automated phone systems
• Strong phone and email etiquette
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work weekend shifts on a rotational basis

Working Conditions:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years successful work in an office environment
• Prior experience in the travel industry and utilizing booking software is a plus

Education/Licensing Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
