The role emphasizes strong English writing, eye for detail, and comfort with AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Descript, and SmarterQueue.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media scheduling and content support.
• Strong written English and proofreading skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience with WordPress and YouTube management.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring workflows independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule approved content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups
• Repurpose podcast transcripts into blog posts and LinkedIn newsletters using ChatGPT prompts
• Create basic graphics and Pinterest pins using existing templates
• Manage weekly email scheduling and YouTube uploads for podcast clips
• Perform basic WordPress content updates and landing page layouts
• Administer Tern CRM, verifying trip details and building formatted itineraries
• Provide basic email-based client support and inbox organization
