Job summary

Blue Frog Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead and oversee insulated wall panel projects at multiple job sites across the region. You will manage crews, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

A strong background in standing seam and metal roofing, blueprint interpretation, and hands-on tool use is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial paneling projects.
• Experience with insulated wall panels and standing seam/metal roofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret schematics.
• Strong leadership and site-management skills with travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial insulated wall panel projects on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety standards.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control across multiple job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as scaffolding and heavy equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and ensure quality workmanship.
