Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between facilities, delivering direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will report changes to the RN/LPN and document in the POC system, while showcasing strong time management and prioritization of tasks.

This role requires travel within a Benedictine region, good standing on the Nursing Assistant registry, excellent communication, and English literacy. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Travel to multiple Benedictine facilities within a designated region as required/needed

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
