Job summary

A travel nursing agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for a clinic position in Guymon, OK. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in an outpatient setting, along with current BLS certification. The RN will provide patient care, administer medications, and assist with minor procedures. Additional certifications may be required. Qualifications

• Must possess current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients receiving outpatient services.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered.
• Take patient histories, vital signs, and perform assessments.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collection.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Document nursing care and patient interactions accurately.
