Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Minot, North Dakota. The RN will provide outpatient care in a clinic setting, work with physicians and staff, and handle a range of nursing duties for a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of clinic/outpatient RN experience, current BLS, and licensure eligibility. ACLS and additional certifications may be required. This travel role includes benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting is required.
• Current BLS certification is required and state licensure eligibility is needed.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collection.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Document nursing care and patient interactions accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and well stocked.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
• Support patient scheduling and administrative duties as needed.
