Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments across immunization and wellness clinics. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer vaccines, and educate patients in multiple clinic settings including immunization and travel health clinics.

Active RN license and clinic/immunization experience preferred; CPR if applicable; travel may be involved. Amergis supports clinicians with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• One year experience as a nurse in a clinic or immunization setting preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse – Clinic/Wellness/Immunization works in a variety of clinic locations to serve a population's health and wellness needs.
• Make clinical judgments to provide quality care following facility policies and protocols.
• Support immunization clinics, wellness clinics, job safety and workers' compensation sites, and travel health clinics.
