Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. You will work 40 hours per week in dayshift, in the operating room, supporting general surgery with 5 ORs and 1 endoscopy room.

Minimum 1+ year surgical tech experience is required. BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) is required; CST is not required. Epic charting experience is preferred; travel assignments with pre-scheduled float may occur.

MGR INTERVIEW

Charting Experience: Epic

Skillset/Unit Information: Only General surgery, 5 ORs and 1 endoscopy room. Rhinelander does all surgeries except neurology, spinal, and hearts
Uses retractors, forceps, clamps, scissors, and needle holders selecting according to planned use, type and characteristics of tissue, and size of patient. Determines specific equipment needed per procedure.

Float Requirements: Between Howard Young, Eagle River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed.
